Food was not fresh. Burritos were dry and tough and McMuffin was tough. You could tell that the food was not prepared fresh. It had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile.
Literally took 15 mins for a medium fry. Even if the order doesn't go in first, there's no reason that simple of an order needs to take remotely that long..
This is the first McDonald's that I've been to that no longer has a realistic option for a cashier. There is one, but you have to wait 20 minutes or so to get helped. The instructions say to set the numbered table tent on your table so they can bring g your food. By that, they mean get a number so you can go get your food when they scream your number. Oh well, that's what you get when you pick the fast food chain with the worst customer service.

This is our usual McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru. Their soda machines were down. No big deal for me since I was taking it home and we have soda. But my wife's McCrispy had no chicken! (Although they did remember the double mayo). On the plus side, the guy taking orders was friendly.
If you know how many sauces you need to enjoy your meal and even order the specific amount of sauces you need....do NOT expect them to actually give you the amount of sauces you need.... ♀️ Countless times I order 4-10 sauces and only receive 1 or 2... Ive seen tiktoks where the employees say they intentionally do this...so if this is what they're told to do I guess that makes me an unhappy customer...normally I don't mind but it gets annoying to where I don't see my review changing. - Updated my review from 2 stars to 1 star, this location has the worst customer service...
