"Broken" McFlurry machine yet again

Yesterday I went for kids meal , I did order kids veggie dippers meal for takeaway from my app for my son , when I opened takeaway bag at home there was not veggie dippers that was fish fingers, my son is vegetarian he doesn’t eat fish or meat , I tried to call them , I tried lots of times but nobody answered my call

The service are poor and really take a time to order take away.

Got really greasy burgers and not provided any napkins, chips tasted like they had just been put in the microwave (most likely reheated several times) in all honesty the staff just sound like really unhappy n not having good customer service at night. They have very moody attitude towards customers and an all round horrible experience.

Absolutely useless,thanks for the wrong order or maybe your staff don't know what a big Mac is. Definitely not to dry patties with no salad or chesse
