Fries tasted bitter like they were cooked in old fryer oil.

Took 20 minutes to deliver a ice cream cone and a shake. Both melted.

Stopped to pick up breakfast before we went to zoo.

This McDonald's is hot garbage!! It use to have fresh hot food and good service, not anymore though...now you get day(s) old food that has been stepped on, shit on and microwaved for an extremely expensive price with a long wait for it. The fries are soggy and unsalted most of the time. This McDonald's doesn't seem to have a good management system in place and it's just a circus with a bunch of clowns. Recommend the 13 and Schoenherr location

I've gone there once a week for about 4 months now, and about the same time after being tricked with y'all's AI voice I waited for about 10 seconds and got a hold of a real person they were all super nice all the way through and about once every 6 weeks I get a slamming burger where it tastes hot and all I get is just a regular burger but it tastes good The rest of the time it's just not good I don't add pickles on there sometimes I don't know if that makes a difference but the last burger I had like I said once out of every once in a while I'll get it and let us burger is awesome It's just you can tell it's fresh from the grill at least several minutes anyway the people there outstanding thank you

Put an order for two burgers - one burger is missing, and the second is not the one I’ve ordered. And of course unbreakable tradition- no napkins. Never visiting this one again.

this mcdonald’s used to be my favorite location in the area, within the past 6 months its gone so downhill, they forget items, and its literally gotten to the point of me having to ask for fresh fries to be made because theyre always cold, rubbery, & mushy. guess what….they’re still NEVER fresh and taste either like they threw them in the fryer for one minute, or sitting out for 2 hours…why do i pay 4 dollars for a fry, to have to give a majority of them to my dogs anyways because they’re completely inedible? it’s ridiculous at this point. ill find a different location at this rate -_-

Terrible, they took our points but as were finishing ordering they say sorry our machines are down we can't take your order but of course took our points🤦‍♂️

cold food, slow service. Every time. Will not be returning. If it's busy why isn't the food fresh ?? I don't understand the cold nasty old food. Tastes like nothing. Like rubber if anything. Horrible. I'm DONE with mcdonalds and ALL FAST FOOD. THIS IS THE LAST STRAW.

Horrible service all round. Having worked at McDonald's, I'm quite aware of how easy it is to make sure each customer gets what they ordered. My experience, advised to park in waiting bay, still couldn't get order right, missing items, wrong items and manager failed to make it right. Deplorable. Won't be back after this horrendous ordeal, highway robbery seems to be the norm at this location based on other reviews for this establishment over the last several months. Corporate has been informed about the lack of service experienced by most at this location.
