They keep the upstairs open a bit longer into the evening now and it's generally kept very tidy considering how busy it gets. Just Eat riders sitting at the few tables there are downstairs are annoying, you might want to sit and eat and they occupy the spaces on their phones waiting for an order to come up

Unsafe and unmonitored environment. I have watched employees stand by while kids enter the premises with a football and kick it around. Random customers have sat with me and shouted actual abuse at me just for existing on my own. Kids seem to be allowed to harass people, even to the point where they throw food at you. My disabled friends have tried to ward off kids who were harassing them and got punched and had ketchup thrown in their hair. Definitely in need of a security upgrade. Genuinely: this is a food place, not a fight club. Don't even get me started on the raw food. Kid-friendliness: Children seem to roam free and harass customers, especially those who are alternative or disabled.
