Did not know that 2 medium fries is equivalent to a large fries…and the server will not give us another one.

Typical McDonald's they get totally perplexed if you tell them no ketchup on a sandwich. Then the guy at the counter with the braids was more interested in talking about fashion with another customer than worrying about my order being fixed. "I'm lovin it"

I’m giving this five star review to Brenda. I had a curbside pick up that Brenda brought out and she was very kind and polite. My order was complete and accurate and made sure I was satisfied. Kudos.

I have been buying my daily coffee at this Mcdonalds for the last few years. Service was always slow but it is near my home. Today they took 12 minutes to serve me a small coffee. I will not be going there again and neither should you. Stay away.

Ordered a kids chicken nugget happy meal no chicken nuggets …. you all really need to get it together..

This is the worst service I've ever seen in a McDonald's. It took almost 15 minutes to get taken care of at the drive-thru and I was just a place to order. The managers and proceeded to say that she didn't have enough employees but yet they still want to charge a lot of money for their food. Don't ever come here at 5:30 in the morning there are always understaffed and not prepared.

Update 3/23/24: Hope you don't have an issue with the app bc they could care less. App didn't give us a code and they basically said we were out of luck. This McDonald's use to be great, but has been getting progressively worse. Food quality is all over the place and orders are never correct. I order through the app so I know there's no miscommunication. If it wasn't for my kids I would not return. Update 7/30/22. Forgot a sandwich in mobile pickup. Had to drive back. No apology no sense of urgency to fix. It's sad to see this place keep slipping.

This place was a joke. The blond haired girl who I think was the shift manager was too busy playing and talking with her friends instead of controlling the orders. It was a joke. And the food was just as horrible as the experience. I ordered two mcdoubles for them to be dry and not so hot. The fries forget about it they were just about cold and overcooked like the burger. Ordered a coke got a rootbeer which I know is petty but this expreice was horrible. I would not recommend anyone to go to that place until they work on their employees. Sorry this franchise was absolutely the worst. Never will I go back there.

Today 3/20/24 I was waiting for 4 mn for someone to take my order no one came is sad they don't. Care any more for inside costumers 1 week ago I was here at 6 :05 and door was closed ?

Today I went to Mcds on 30 in plainfield and ordered my meal and asked for a pup cup for my as I have done for the last few years. I was told i would now be charged 60 cents for a sundae cup size of whipped cream for my dog for which starbucks charges nothing. I spent 14 dollars on my order only to be told they needed 60 cents more for something that was free yesterday and for the last couple years. So Mcds is willing to give up 42.00 a week in sales for about 15 cents worth of whipped cream and a cup??!! What does Mcds have against dogs?
