I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru park to get my food, what pissed me off is they served two customers came after me, and I was ignored, so I had to go inside the store to get my food! Already complained about this, and this the first time!

I have gotten a horrible food poisoning experience from eating here the first time I was unsure because I thought I just picked up a stomach flu but today I decided to join my kids because they wanted to eat here and with the same order of a chicken sandwich I got horribly sick same thing so I'm no longer eating here

Really wanted a vanilla shake, but no big surprise they weren't making ANY shakes aside from the Shamrock shake. I had already had that one a couple weeks back and it was decent, but I'm not big on the minty ice cream. I don't think they should limit customers to what the employees/establishment decides they're going to make available. If it's on the menu then they should do their best to make sure it's available. If 9 times out of 10 their "shake machine is broken" or whatever the excuse happens to be that week then they should just take it off the menu altogether! Kind of borders along the lines of false advertising after awhile.
