Food tossed out before the drinks were ready. 4 orders out, waiting on drinks Ice not to mc d’s standards

Ordered at the kiosk, and food was out and cleared off the list fast, then waited several more minutes after asking for our drinks—sneaky way to seem efficient. Sodas came out with no ice and were not ordered that way. And there were 4+ orders all completed and awaiting beverages. Very disappointing experience for what should be an efficient business at this point.

The hamburger wasn't even warm the bun was so chewy I couldn't even bite through it I was so disappointed

If anyone decides to work here please reconsider because employees are treated poorly by management and there is poor training for new employers. there are no benifits at all and I find it sad that this mcdonalds does not make its employees feel comfortable and appreciated. in the kitchen for months the head manager refused to fix air conditioning refuses to order products we need to be fast and efficient but she insist on micromanaging and getting on peoples case for any little thing. The work environment is terrible and anyone whos considering working at this mcdonalds you shoud reconsider or work at the pine mcdonalds location or seek work at another company.

By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds.
