McDonald's

Wrong order AGAIN. This time, my box of 5 chicken selects, labelled as “5 chicken selects” contained 0 chicken selects, and 15 cheese bites.

We decided we wanted a McDonald's after our flight, so we called in at 02:30. The restaurant was quiet as expected, only a few people in. Ours was order no. 2 and after a 10 minute wait, our number was called out, wrong order. They had put someone else's order on ours! Half the french fries were missing, so I had to ask for some more, no sauce for my chicken selects, so back to ask for it, then when I dipped my chicken select, it was stone cold, so back to ask for fresh ones. The staff were busy doing uber eats and drive through meals, so they weren't really bothered about us, which spoilt it for us. Went to the toilet before we left, and the sinks are out of order. Won't be using Stamfordham Road McDonald's in a hurry, very poor all round.

Drive through and asked to wait for fries . When the fries arrived they were blooming cold. Worst Macdondalds I've ever used.

Decent enough branch, fast friendly service, burgers seemed like they were constructed in a little but of a hurry. Still taste great, just slightly messier than usual - not great when you're wearing a shirt & tie. Like the location mostly of this one, so close to A1 & get to avoid town & madness of metty

Our click and collect order was complete this time, the girl who brought out our meal advised us to check everything was in the bag before she left Well done West Denton. No more disappointment.

We have ordered meal combo twice. Everytime we had chosen Coke Original. Its still mystery that what they send in cup of coke . Big NO to this McD
