The staff were rude but under pressure and looked short staffed as all hands were in the kitchen, food was slung together, and a big mac meal took 28 minutes to get ready. This was specifically the Newcastle Maccys

Pretty disgusting, actually. Food is standard McDonalds but the bins are overflowing, there's sauce all over the floor, and the tables are messy. Avoid if you can help it.
