Worst McDonald's ever. Every single time I've had something from this store, it's been either cold or missing items, and there's never any salt on the chips. Customer Service is shocking - today they passed me to Uber Eats to complain about missing items, however when the food had arrived it was in fully sealed bags so it's clear the issue is with the store and not Uber.

I was here today and a man called Ian was SO helpful and friendly. Thank you Ian for being so nice and patient.

Worst chips I've had in my life. Not even the dogs wanted them. I'm not sure how they were allowed to leave the building? Limp, soggy and paler than us. The order was wrong. No milkshakes or sauces just extra ghoulish inedible fries. We're not blaming the delivery driver but he was rude and hung up on us.

I thought this was fast food it's been 2 hour since i have payed and i am still waiting never get this ordering again. This is very bad service.

Has had a new update on atmosphere as children or under 16's not allowed in after 7pm as used to be full of rowdy kids just hanging around.

Can literally never get an order right. Food always cold…if you get it…no ice in drinks and flat pop.
