Missing food everytime we order a delivery without fail it's utterly ridiculous! And please for the love of God give me a bloody straw for once!!

Hi every time we go mcdonalds the food is always cold and the chips was just look they was thrown on the tray

Made an online order to pick up, it was made as we got there yet still cold by the time we got it home (literally a 5 minute drive) .. Burgers just didn't taste or look appealing. Half the Drinks menu wasn't operational along with ice cream machines. Not good enough really..

Incomplete order once again! After an inconvenient drive to rectify a mistake they made the manager refused to replace the missing items as she was under the impression that this was a concern that needed to be raised with Uber. How is this an issue with Uber when the order is sealed and cannot be tampered with?
