Waiting to order in drive thru but they didn’t say anything. Not even saying “we’ll be right with you” or “one moment please”

They took over 20minutes to bring a 6piece nugget out to curbside.

This is the McDonald located on Oak Run Dr. The employees here are super kind and they help you with any questions you have for them. They will truly help you without feeling annoying at you They also have a section where kids can play. I enjoyed eating here.

They close 20 minutes earlier than the time slot, I called in the drive thru and the woman said they were open, but they refused to take the order or respond?

Ordered and payed for supersize meal and got what looked like just medium fries and wife's fille-o-fish sandwich was super skinny and big mac patties are smaller than usual so disappointed to pay for supersize meal and get 1/2 a meal didn't go return order only cause we were already home. We always got good service before and today was just such a disappointment!! I guess prices go up and food servings get smaller!!!

Always a pleasure enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of McDonald's.

I ordered two McFlurries they didn't listen they only gave me one they need to have better service at the counter

Understaffed and overly busy.

McDonald's has always been my go-to for a quick and satisfying meal, and it continues to meet expectations when it comes to taste and convenience. The fries were hot, and the burger was well-prepared, just as I’ve come to expect from the chain. The drive-thru service was fairly efficient, and the staff was polite and helpful. However, I’ve noticed that the prices have gone up quite a bit lately, making it less of a budget-friendly option than it used to be. While the quality is still there, the increase in price is something that might make me consider other options when looking for a quick bite. **Pros:** - Consistent quality – hot fries and tasty burgers - Convenient location with quick service - Friendly staff and a clean environment **Cons:** - Prices have become noticeably higher - No longer as budget-friendly as it once was
