Fresh food good service

The staff was all very friendly, the food was your typical McDonald's experience. The floors were sticky and tables poorly wiped, and the bathrooms were very gross. Kid-friendliness: They had an assortment of highchairs available, and staff was very friendly with my daughter.

Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Everything about this place is wrong. The prices are higher than every other mcdonalds. The service is slow. My order was wrong. My nuggets were old and hard. My burger was half cooked and grease soaked through the packaging and the bag and onto my car. They didn't follow any of the customized burger options either. You name it, they screwed it up. In the end I got cold wrong expensive food and now I need to clean my car.

I’m not capping though there was this one guy me and my friends prank called he was so nice, thank you!!!

Cold fries big bummer

This McDonalds is fine on everything but price. Beware you pay $7.50 for a happy meal here. It’s $3.99 in other cities in Cleveland. This franchise likes to take advantage of people.
