Ice cream machine broken couple of times and very inefficient drive thru :(

This McDonalds has been doing steady business and been under good management for decades. You are getting what you expect. If you want a J Gilberts high class meal, go next door, especially for their happy hour.

So… food? It’s McDonald’s but I liked their hot fries whenever I visited so I gave 4/5 stars. For atmosphere, I gave 4/5 stars as well as it is a fairly recently renovated store in a nice neighborhood. Service? Is there an option for a zero star? They curse at customers in Spanish thinking people do not understand. They do not care what you actually order but they will give you what they think you need. But at the end of the day, we’re talking about McDonald’s….

Very, very slow during lunch hrs. Don't go if u wanna be late going back to work!! Cashier won't pay the customers no attention!

It’s a shame that 2 million store doesn’t offer mats at the entrance when it’s raining. The new floor is too slippery and just a sign that is wet won’t stop people from falling. Staff doesn’t even keep the floor dry

I was yelled at by the cashier in the drive-through for following the directions of the other worker there. Horrible service. Even if you’re busy, you can still be kind.

I have to share as a long time McLane resident since 1988 I don't blame the employees hard-working people at the McDonald's but they are not treated very well by corporations they change them a lot and as of results they don't treat very well with respect the hard working delivery people like me doing Uber eats or grobhub one of the ladies she's constantly very disrespectful to the drivers Plus McDonald's has to become more healthy food to our kids since we have epidemic for diabetic too autism in the age between 5:00 and 11 it's a GMO food low quality with all the preservatives and herbicide from Monsanto buyer it's in the food which you buy for your kids plus high fluke the syrup which is very bad very dangerous to the humans and the items have never talk since specially in the young age you don't develop your brain your immune system very well
