It's McDonald's.. Can't say much more than that.. Half the time, the order is wrong, and the other half it's cold or stake. Classic McDonald's. Updated 04/18/2024 I don't know why keep trying to order food here and hoping it'd be right, or good.. They clearly DO NOT know how to throw a burger on a bun and wrap it.. My order is ALWAYS wrong
Drive thru was moving decently fast the steak was burnt and rather dry the biscuit was stale and falling apart hash brown was over cooked and looked like it was sitting around for a few hours before I ordered it
Young lady served my person to some other drive thru customer and then got rude to me regarding the situation. Her co-worker was as rude, so I asked to talk to the manager. She apologized only for giving the food to the wrong person not for the rude employees. The customer service at this Mc Donald’s needs training. They seem to forget the customer is the reason they have a job and a paycheck. I will never go back.

Very frustrating experience. I ordered on the mobile app because I like cheeseburgers with only ketchup. I know, picky. But that's me and that's okay. I order mobile to try to make it more convenient than the specifics through the speaker. Twice through the drive through my order came fully topped. So I went inside to try to make sure I could get my correct order and stop wasting food, too. The manager looked at me but didn't say a word. The worker that helped get me a finally plain burger didn't even offer a passing sorry. I wasn't insulting or rude, I simply expressed that twice my order was wrong and that I just wanted my food. The burger I was finally served was miraculously burnt and cold. How frustrating and disappointing. Won't be back to this location.
