Well I ordered a 20 nuggets 2 large fries and I didn't reserve a 20 piece nug I got the box with 4 nuggets and honestly pissed me off went in side for a refund they're teens n there very lazy don't go there waste of money at least the fries where hood

Awesome customer service! We came in because McDonalds in Methuen made a sandwich wrong and my granddaughter refused to eat it. My plan was to show them the mistake and try to use a free sandwich on the app. They replaced it without any issues or having to use the apple. The gentleman at the counter was super nice! Thank you! My granddaughter now has a smile and a full belly.

Used the app for curbside pickup and I still waited for 30 minutes.

I’m from the Bahamas and I’ve traveled many places but the McDonald’s in New Hampshire Manchester brown ave is by far THEEEEEEE BEST MCDONALDS IVE EVER TASTED ….you also have a few great employees I met with great customer service ANDREW,SAMMY AND ERICA 10000/10

We literally were inside before the lobby closed. We were just finishing our order on the kiosk literally checking out and then this woman told us the lobby is closed and we have to leave??? They also did not tell us that when we walked in they told us after a few minutes of standing and ordering. I said “can we ant least order our food” she said “no” and walked us out??? There were many customers sitting eating already and they were not told to leave???? Even though the door had already been locked. And there were MANY employees they could have just given us the food we ordered and said please leave we are closing the lobby????
