McDonald's

Normally this restaurant is on point. Today..not so much. McChicken was hard. Fish was bitter. Nuggets looked and tasted stale..maybe in the heating oven to long. In any case we feel disappointed. Thanks.

I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with a medium sprite lettuce on both sandwiches then I ordered two fillet of fish sandwiches that are advertised on the board driving up to the auto window as to for six dollars. It comes up on the order window for almost $12 when I say to the order taker that it’s coming up wrong and I want the two fillet of fish at the advertise price I’m totaled it’s out of her control. She doesn’t control the prices. I understand she doesn’t control the prices but if there’s an error, shouldn’t she have the brains God gave an ant to get someone who can make sure a customer gets the advertise price right outside their front door , I am disgusted with this store service. It has been consistently poor I don’t blame the kids I blame their training. I also blame management if they are not updating their advertising boards to the current specials today I went without dinner because this is the only stop I could make Before I had to be on my way do better S. full of tweakers and everyone who works there is 12, always mess something up, slow as death too

People who work there should not have the right to say that you're going to punch somebody in the throat who is a co-worker of yours I do not care what position you are in or how low of position that person is they were taking an order at the register and because that said person did not run right out with the food I don't know if it was the assistant that does not give her the right to say she's going to punch her in the throat while she's taking an order at the register maybe maybe if this said person instead of standing there threatening to punch a co-worker in the throat could grab the bag and run it out themselves should not have been said in front of customers extremely unhappy customer

I Order 2 kids meal 3 double cheeseburgers And 10 piece chicken nugget Didn't get my sweet-and-sour sauce In one of my kids wanted the 6 piece chicken nugget with their happy meal and only got a 4 piece My Other Son wanted a Burger With extra pickles And ther was 3 Pickles on the Burger
