Ordered online payed for a gravy and it was not in my package, tried calling the store about incomplete order and nobody answers, I paid for my extra order and didn't get what I paid for, very disappointing

First time being disappointed by Macdonalds. The fries were soggy and older. The Big Mac was overflowing in the sauce haphazardly put together. . Threw it out after two bites along with the fries. The Double Cheeseburger was good. The staff were pleasant.
