We had placed an online order ant 10:21 and went to pick it up at 10:26. They had this sign up but we assumed since it was an online order there wouldn’t be an issue or they would’ve refunded me beforehand. Once my husband pulled up to the window and told them he was picking up an online order the worker ignored him and said “we are closed!” And closed the window in his face. There’s no way of getting a refund right away either either.

Went through the drive through and. Ordered 2 hamburgers took them 15 minutes to get it for me also saw customers at register inside while I waiting in the drive through and they had received there order long before I received mine. The drive through guy is unprofessional and management is horrible. They messed up my order twice. I asked for extra onions and they didn't even put any on. Nobody there is respectful. Next call is to corporate.
