Automatic order kiosk wouldn't take my order, after 10 minutes of trying, gave up went to Burger King next door

Very rude

Just left this location. The service was mediocre at best. The female at the first window was overly concerned with a vehicle that was getting jumped (car troubles) in the drive thru as if the drivers wanted to be stuck in McDonalds drive-thru, while the female at the second window was on her phone texting (in view of customers). I asked her for a cup of ranch and she didn't even look up from her phone so, I said "are you on break, may I have a cup of ranch please?". She then looked up from her phone and gave me a cup of ranch (Yay lol). I just have one question though...when you ask for extra tartar sauce on the side, does that mean to skimp on the tartar sauce that already comes on a Filet -O-Fish? What is this McDonalds? One sandwich was a slightly decent amount (they tried a little bit), while the other looked like they said f it, she paid for a cup anyway.

Kid-friendliness: The playplace here is clean and huge lol. The kids love to climb and run around and meet new people. I like to see the kids make new friends and play together. ❤️

Did not give us fresh nuggets and lied about it even though we requested. I don't mind waiting. This location always does this. Had to ask for the sauces we ordered even though we paid for one of them.

Don’t bother with curbside. We use it bc our dually to big for drive thru lanes. Slow. Never come out. You have to end up going in yourself after 20 mins and getting even though no one in line inside alot at drive thru. Stand at the counter and tons of people working there but no one will even acknowledge you exist. Food looks like it’s thrown together by a blind person. Really poor service. Tried just to do mobile pickup inside. Same type of experience. They should just close this one because no one seems to want to work who is actually there or take any pride in their job.

Horrible service, and even though they remade my sandwich they still messed it up again

I got a mocha frappe with a shadow espresso and later today I got a shamrock McFlurry

The morning staff here are absolutely amazing. Fast friendly food comes out hot and fresh. I leave with a smile. Thanks you morning crew! 03.13.24 I am back to shout out the morning crew again. I'm a student with not a lot of extra time quick breakfast is all I have option for these days so I see your morning crew a lot. I just want to say hot food every time. Friendly service and accuracy I hope these guys get the recognition they deserve thanks guys and gals!
