McDonald's

We went to South McDonald's last night. The food was alright but the service was below average. The person who attended us, placed our cups on the counter upside down, the rim was touching the counter near. Also, the employees and even the manager were goofing off in the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend going there on evenings.

Ordered ahead of time on the app, still took 15 minutes to receive our order. Looked like they were shorthanded but they weren't flooded with customers either..

Its McDonald's looks clean staff was friendly but I'm glad my kids are grown don't think I would have been able to afford it back then. 20 buck used to feed a family of 5 now that's just for 2 ppl.

I don't know what's wrong with these people, the previous time the service was bad, they gave me the glasses upside down, that's unhygienic. Immediately we walked in instead of saying, good night or welcome, they gave us a notice, we were closing in half an hour. Now I order some pies and they charge us and come out saying they don't have any. Really??? What bad service. I better go to another restaurant where they respect the customer.

They ALWAYS get something wrong, something is always missing, and they take forever to serve you.

The app gave us a great deal. The sandwiches were hot, the coffee was good. What more could you ask for? Well the guy outside was keeping the place looking great and opened the door with a smile. I went inside to get some extra creamers… What do I get? Smiles with a baggie with all the goods. Keep up the good work!

Im really not a mclds fan, but my kids love mclds... allways a lot of people inside and also in the drive thru..they do always get my order wrong also
