I have eaten here multiple times the employees were rude, my order was incorrect, and as i was using the wifi while eating cause it was an outage on Verizon that day so i can check my work orders and emails via WiFi. the employees kept checking in trying to get me to leave, and i was not disturbing anyone. I wasn’t even there that long after i finished my meal. Highly disappointed in this location as i had been going there since i went to BCTC fall of 2011
At what point does incompetence become flat out ROBBERY?
- Large Fry was only half full - at least they were FRESH.
- For once, they remembered my Ranch but they forgot LITERALLY AN ENTIRE SANDWICH - AGAIN!
- The drive through lady had an ugly demeanor (today 10/28/24 about 12:10pm) - definitely not service with a smile. Hate to speak about any individuals specifically, but since my order was wrong, this is relevant.
Over and over again. Between the missing sauces, the missing sandwiches, and general "whoopsies" I've experienced, they've probably taken $30 or $40 from me this year.
Just the universal sauce problem makes this seem like a conspiracy, especially since Chick Fil A doesn't charge $0.50 per packet and neglect to provide the sauce. Every McDonalds in Lexington has the "whoops, forgot the sauce" problem.
I know no one will read this, but what an absolute joke of a place. And I am the fool for coming back... But now Ronald McDonald isn't playing anymore. I'll wait the couple extra minutes at Wendy's from now on...
I know its a lot but i ordered 100 nuggets and only got 60. Not too happy.
They were super focused, fast and polite
Leestown Road...Morning crew disorganized and unfocused. Sausage Egg n Cheese Biscuit came up without cheese ..drink without ice...wasn't even the drink I ordered. Drink was lukewarm and flat. Hash Brown was cold. Do better, McTribe
