McDonald's

5 mn on a Sunday and the lobby is closed. Of course drive thru line was long and took forever then didn't even get the right order. For a company that is known as America's largest fast food company, that has been around for this long yall should have figured out how to do this by now....

TOTAL GHETTO. SLOW & RUDE!

So lazy. Literally they won't even mix the toppings in a mcflurry, they only throw it on top and call it a day... My kids orders are no pickle and they get it wrong every single time. Also, they just randomly closed the dining room whenever they feel like it. Ridiculous.

The doors were locked to go into the restaurant and there was no sign on the doors explaining why. But there were people inside eating.

Could not enjoy meal because dining room was about 60 degrees. So cold. Order kiosks either broken or unable to print receipts. All of them. Manager does not care about the customers (refuses to stop ice cold air blowing non-stop in dining room). Was in the mid 50s outdoors. Never stopping at this location again. Tates Creek center area.

Slowest McDonalds that I’ve ever been to!

Just McDonald’s in town. If it’s past 5pm, they will take 30 minutes for 5 cars, and then screw up your order anyways. Literally have started driving to another one to avoid this one across the street.

the employees do not speak well

Bring back employees to place an order! This is ridiculous, I ended up leaving and going somewhere else because I couldn’t figure out how to order. Do better McDonalds!
