I ve been a Macdonald customer for long time , came to this place and orderd a milkshake that costs only 4 dollars and wanted to use the rest room and woman said that the order should be five dollars and more to be able to use the bathroom. That was rude. I don’t recommend this place to anyone . Unprofessional staff

Nasty food always

The drive through, I was not sure was open due to the lack of urgency.

I've been going to the McDonald's near my home for its convenience, but the service has consistently been subpar. Employees rarely engage or ensure customers have everything they need. However, on October 29, 2024, I witnessed a stark contrast. Employees were unusually friendly and attentive, greeting customers warmly. It soon became apparent that the owners were inspecting the location. The staff's sudden enthusiasm felt forced and artificial. One employee, in particular, made me uncomfortable by asking intrusive questions and personal questions and it was so clear she was just putting on a show It was an unsettling experience for sure !

Its a understaffed college mcdonalds with a high concentration of homeless people that frequent. I've seen some wild confrontations here over the years.

Calling this “fast” food is a joke brotha. Also we’re paying for sauce now? Aight…

Very busy. But courteous and fast!!!

Terrible service. Waited for food for 30 minutes. They gave me a. Chicken Big Mac without two pieces of chicken and when I told them they took my old sandwich and put chicken on the old sandwich

I sat in line for 30 minutes while at least 5 cars came from the back of the line and got served. If i hadn't done an order on the app, I'd left.

Almost 1 hour to serve the order. No serious about their job.

It's McDonald's, the people who work there are nice and quick with your food. The security lady was very friendly, kind and courteous.... I really enjoy visiting this McDonald's when I'm out that way.

Not a great McDonald's, very busy durning lunch. If you go around 1 they get your food fast and the quality is much better. Avoid this location at lunch.

I waited 20 minutes for my food I order from the kiosk and I only ordered 2 McGriddles but someone this was a large task because it took 20 minutes to add people in the drive who ordered tons of food would get there’s before me and people who ordered at the counter got thier food before me. This passed me off because I winded up being late as a 5 minute order winded up being 4 times longer then it should because they choose to do thier priory which is drive thru which makes no sense when the company pushes the app so much. I wouldn’t come to this McDonald’s and if you do go to drive thru only

1. Manager told me that I can only eat for 30 min when the entire place is full of empty seats 2. Told me I couldn’t put ice in my water bottle and it had to be in a McDonalds cup 3. Just sits down in the corner on her phone for a solid hour occasionally walking up to look at customers
