There has never been enough staff in this mcdonalds, management needs to learn how to schedule and hire more people. The employees are doing their best but are obviously overwhelmed.

Every time we come to this one it is the same disappointment. It’s an extremely long wait every time it seems. Today we waited 20 mins ! When I finally asked about the food it was all ready the employees just never bagged it. I watched her dump the fries back into the bin and repackage the old fries so that they looked better. When I touched them they were cold. When I told her about this she argued they were just made, when I said I watched you dump and reuse she said nothing. When I asked for a refund because the food was cold and I did not want it no apologies for waisting my 20mins and not packaging the food in a timely manner. Will not be back to this one after this experience. This order was for 2 happy meals and a breakfast sandwich.

The service is absolutely atrocious and they are impossibly slow

Had a terrible experience yesterday. The lady who took my order picked my cup up by the edge. I told her to change the cup obviously for hygiene reasons. She was rude to me. Hope HR cautions the people who work there

Honestly the most disappointing producted I have ever seen in a purchase. $7.00 for this Habanaro Chicken sandwich and literally no lettuce. The family bill was 27 dollars for this type product should be embarrassing.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 poutines. Only got one poutine and the cheese curds were frozen. When we asked for a new poutine as well as the other one that was on the receipt, he said “we’re out of gravy so tough luck”

I wish you could give 0 stars. This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. It’s ridiculous to think you need to wait 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. These workers just stand there talking to each other and looking at customers waiting to order. Then when we paid with cash he told us we don’t give change and then stared at us, then proceeded to sigh and pull out the change. Talk about garbage workers.

I work near by and came here regularly for lunch. Now I can’t recommend you avoid it enough. They have lost my order twice in the five times I’ve ordered and even when they don’t it’s typically a fifteen minute wait to get your order.
