Once again they messed up. Then try to say they tried to calm me yet my number is correct on the app but they say it isn't. I don't drive so the fact I can't get this fixed is absolutely disgusting.. worst location

Came in yesterday, there was no ice for the drink, and the washroom sink had so much mud in it, asked the cashier for 20 napkins to clean my shoes and she yelled at me and said she was gonna kick me out. Worst McDonald’s in canada

I work on uder and I was taking my order and l saw it ready on the table and one of the employers name manpreet was so rude to me and scream at my face for taking my order.

The status of the English muffin 90% of the time it's burnt the other 10% it's dried out

This place is ridiculous, missing items and i ordered a new chicken burger and they put a beef patty in it? Just got to the other locations in Lethbridge

They don't care anymore about drive through or being friendly miss the mcdonald's of old, new owner seems to not care about staffing it seems, ice cream machine always broken and always cold fries

This is by far the worst Mcdonald’s you can eat at. I have been charged wrong almost every time, they always miss items, the food is hardly edible, and it takes forever. These workers can’t even fill up the drink properly. I have started to refuse to pull forward as they do not deserve a “quick window time score”. It’s a gimmick. Once you pull past the window and get your food, it’s always cold, and you don’t have the opportunity to speak with anybody again about all of the things they have missed.

Jan 20th 12:30am. I showed up at dons we had to wait 15 minutes just to order our food. finally got to order and their fryer was broken. so we got some burgers. Waited 15 more minutes just to have the wrong order with one burger missing a whole bun. I don’t know how that is possible. terrible.
