Have to praise the lady doing the outside bins. What an unenviable task but she was excellent. Even sorted a bin where the bin bag was not in place Inside and out was lovely and tidy

Slow service and loads of staff on, many doing nothing. A mop and bucket behind the counter that some kept pushing the handle out of the way. Not hygienic. Why not move the bucket? A hair in burger, and not neatly presented. Poor.

A bleak depressing experience of waiting 30 minutes for a stone cold burger. Will never go back.

Went through drive through last night, only to be asked to wait the next window up, they got our order wrong and secondly the food was cold, the woman at the counter did not show much customer service smile either. As they couldn't be bothered
