I was waiting for my order the staff in the kitchen was swearing and carrying on with each other couldn't believe what I was hearing then the lady brought my food out just threw it on the counter and walked back into the kitchen will be reporting this to head office it's not the first time stuff like this has gone on

it's without a doubt the slowest serving McDonald's I've ever been to. you will have a wait no matter what you order. waited 15 minutes for a meal once and there was only 2 orders to deal with. So I gave this place another chance and it's got worse. Served cold food and old drinks. I even heard one member of staff tell the other that the drinks on the left were old... It didn't occur to them to throw them away! Instead the member of staff who was told didn't know his left from his right. Planning on seeing the manager next time I pass and get a refund for my cold meal & old drink. I was hoping that it would be 3rd time lucky but no, I went to the drive thru and order a single meal, with no customization. I got to the collection window and was passed my drink, then the wait began. After a few minutes they said they were waiting on the burger, after a few more minutes they asked me to park further down which I did. After another 15 minutes I had to reverse back to the window to find they had forgotten my order, I asked to speak to the manager but they were conveniently unavailable. Made the grave error of going here again... missed half my order and had to complain...again.

Everytime I go there around 5:30 to 6pm is always busy and the waiting time is almost 26 to 30 minutes
