No ice for the soda, no apple slices, and no milk for the happy meals but still paying full price for things I didn't get or want. Typical fast food rest stop stuff

I ordered just a sandwich and was charged for a meal. Employee could not give 2 craps and just looked at me. It wasn’t worth the fight so I just accepted the meal (for twice the price). Took it back to the car in the rain and found it was the wrong sandwich. Had to go back in and replace said sandwich because I despise pickles on a chicken sandwich. The manager (or lead) had to explain the ingredients of this chicken sandwich after calling for it 3x (keep in mind, this is a very limited menu for McDonalds as it’s on the turnpike). Overall rest stop time 25 minutes and I didn’t even eat there. Not worth it. Better stops on the way to eastern MA.
