Was at drive thru speaker waiting for 5mins and repeatedly saying hello until finally someone attended me. Then I grab my food and leave get home to raw soft fries! Not fully cooked and called 5times when I got home and no one answered at all. I understand you all have a rush and etc but don't ever give out uncooked food because your trying to hurry. I've worked fast food and convenience stores and as long as you give good customer service and have ppl wait and explain to them they'll get fresh properly cooked meal I am more than sure you'll have happy and returning customers!
I ordered today and they got my mothers order wrong then I explicitly said buffalo sauce and they wrote it down and they still got it wrong every time I go they get something wrong
Lady working on the window giving out food got bother because my mother asked for cup holder she reply with “huh” instead sorry mam or something other than “huh” had asked for a hot mocha and they gave a frappe mocha if they are not in the mood to work than why bother going w an attitude
Have came twice at 6:30 am, both times, dine in is closed, sign on door says dine in opens a 6am, very disappointed
Would love to rate the food if I ever got it. Ordered a double Quarter with cheese, medium drink and fries, no special requests, at 3am when there was one other car in line. Didn't get my food after waiting 8 minutes (I know where this is going) I'm not gonna wait 15 minutes for a simple meal with no rush or like and no reason it should've taken longer than 5. I get it, I work food service, fast food to be specific,I've worked at different places so I really get it. But I've always assumed this McDonald's is just where the workforces of Laredo send their slowest, rudest and not very forward thinking individuals. For once, I'd like to get good service, where nothing is forgotten and my single meal order doesn't take as long as it does at a conventional restaurant.
