This is a common issue with most fast-food places, but it's something I seem to have this problem with McDonald's more than any of them. When going through the drive-thru, they don't get our complete order in the bag. Then when I get home we're short a sandwich, dessert, fry, or whatever. I try to check the orders before I leave, but sometimes that isn't always possible. I don't live in town, so driving back to the restaurant to pick up what they miss isn't an option.
Melted shake spilled on floor was there when we walked in...noone cleaned it up we got our order, ate our meal and it was still there on the floor up front where all kitchen and cashiers had to walk over it! NO EXCUSE FOR THAT LEVEL OF FILTH!!! and thats just what was visible!
