The staff is friendly and professional. Food is still hot when you get it and the wait is short.

The Play Place here is great. Everything is in good repair and clean. My QP with bacon was actually stacked...like bottom bun and top bun were lined up and so were all the insides. Sounds dumb, but it was a nice surprise.

I can only give this location a 2 star review and that's because of how generous Chad was to assist customers while being on his break. No one, not even the manager was willing to work the front counter to assist customers. She even stated in front of customers that she wasn't getting on the front counter to take orders while the cashier was on break because she was there longer than him and she wanted to eat to. McDonald's needs to follow whatever magical universal formula Chick Fil A uses.

This is my favorite location. Shout out to chad! Amazing customer service!

Had my iced coffee and sandwich very quickly

I understand being overwhelmed because of being busy, but still gotta make sure everything is counted for. More so with the pricing of everything and needing to get to work. The receipt is self explanatory. It says clearly 6 McChicken, small sweet ice tea, ketchup packets and sweet and sour sauce. At the window to pick up the food they asked if I had 5 McChicken sandwiches. I said, "no 6". Also asked if I had a drink. I said, " yes, a small sweet ice tea". I guess the employee was overwhelmed and have a medium. They wanted me to go park and they'll bring it out. I said, "ok and we like ketchup and sweet and sour". Was told that it'll be in the bag. Went and parked. Another employee came out and asked what we had. Said, "6 McChicken sandwiches" Was handed the bag and no ketchup not sweet and sour. Informed the employee and they asked if that was it and then left. Waited because thought she was bringing the ketchup and sweet and sour. Counted the sandwiches and was only 5 in the bag. Had to drive around and got someone from inside to open the door to inform them that there was 5 not 6 and no ketchup or sweet and sour. Simplest order and it was wrong. Also no napkins. If the customers can't get condiments when they ask what makes anyone thinks they'll get napkins with their food when it is an automatic thing to do is to give napkins.

I am always treated like a queen when I go to Jonesboro McDonald's customer service is great and They are so sweet to me shout out to McDonald's Jonesboro on Tarva Blvd. Better than my Hometown in Birmingham

Got served raw chicken nuggets. Usually mc Donald’s have low ratings anyways but trust me don’t go to this place clearly quality of food isn’t their concern. I’m from out of town so it was a good 20 miles before I noticed it was raw since you don’t really check while you’re eating in the dark and driving.
