Bucciferro Family McDonald's

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Absolutely the WORST McDonald’s in town. I’ll start with the positive and the ONLY one for dine in was they have the OG large play place for the kids There were several people there but they had to tell me I had to use a kiosk to order my food!!! Which I find COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Then I was missing a fry and 4 of my drinks from my order as well as one of my burgers was cold! The Coke does not taste right for McDonald’s standards. Then to top it off the employee insisted I show the receipt to prove I was missing my large fry after I had been standing there at the counter for 5 minutes or so in plain sight! Nobody seemed happy to be there I hope management sees this and can get this place turned around.

Awful customer service, there were 2 cars, 1 in each lane. Both of us were waiting a while, after I had already been waiting and told to just hold on a moment, tried to say hello after 5 or 6 minutes of nothing, both the other woman and I were looking at eachother confused. Said hello to the speaker was greeted very rudely with, "were very busy right now, you could just leave" Proceeded to take the other lanes order. Unreal, will not be going back EVER I will drive to the other side of town.

This is one McDonald's that has the play ground for kids. It's loud even for me but that's to be expected. My table had not been cleaned since the previous customer and my fries were luke warm and tough to chew. Fortunately there are 3 other stores that don't have the play ground, I'll be going to one of those from now on

I’d give zero stars if I had the chance. You wait in line for forever and no one is there to take your order. Absolutely horrible.

Waited 30 minutes for my order.

They ALWAYS mess up my order. Even a simple coffee, then argue with me that it's correct. A latte and a macciato look completely different.🤷‍♀️ I will drive across town to the other one now. It'

Instead of telling me they were out of English muffins they made two breakfast sandwiches with only one slice 1/2 an English muffin on each one. Are you serious? That is beyond ridiculous. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. This isn't the only time I have had issues here.

Management and staff are rude and inexperienced. I will never eat here again. Took 45-1 hours to get food already paid for on app.

This location is horrible. Very long wait times and they seem to always screw up my order to boot. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Something was clogging my orange juice, took the lid off to investigate thinking it was pulp. I pulled out what looks like a piece of chicken the size of a pinky. I called and told them I don’t want Compensation, I just want them to figure it out. She just said it’s impossible. I didn’t think they even had raw chicken, but I do know this was in the bottom of my cup.

Went through drive through for breakfast. Noticed I was having a hard time getting a drink from my orange juice. When I finally checked it there was a LARGE piece of something in my juice. It looked like raw chicken but I'm not sure what it was. We called to tell them something was in my orange juice and they didn't want to hear it. It was awful. Will not be going back to court st McDonald's again
