Spoke with the Manager, Tim, this morning about a couple of quality/portion control concerns, and I was utterly shocked and stunned by his positivity, earnestness, concern and pride in his little business. I hurt his feelings and was mean. His reaction was of concern, not anger. I was floored by his CLASSIC, old school Customer Service, when I was expecting the opposite, like others do today, make excuses, argue, deflect and blame. Not this young entrepreneur! I was actually ashamed of myself for having pre-judged, after speaking with this wonderful and sincere young man. He is a rare to find credit to the entire community, which could use at least a dozen more like him. And, my complaint was MORE than resolved, though in afterthought, after how I spoke to him, I didn't deserve it to be!

Good restaurant with good burgers

The app is a priority. You can use the touch screen near the door or wait for one of the staff to come to the register. I didn't like the app, it kept crashing. Order at the touch screen is easy enough but longer than the original cashier, about the same time as using drive-through. I prefer to sit when I eat the dining room chairs are too low to ground. There's stools that sit high enough but fixed to the floor because there's no room around the small tables and chairs. Good for children, there's a plastic playground with shoe cubbies. The staff is great and works quickly! Despite the new features slowing down the orders, there's plenty of loyal customers. I go for the steak egg and cheese bagel. Like all fast food, the portions have gotten smaller, just a good way to start the day when looking for convenience. Parking: There are several spots on the right. The left is all handicap or curbside delivery.

It's McDonald's. But they get the orders right the wait isn't long, and the fries are usually fresh.

Very dirty tables, playground area. The service leaves much to be desired….. I asked to clean the mess under our table the manager but with no result. Found myself a cleaning person, pointed to what needs to be clean and she disappeared… 10 minutes passed and still nothing was cleaned. Cmon people, do you really like to have this kind of attitude to your job and like to be in dirt?! Ridiculous……
