I went through the drive thru today and had an unpleasant experience. I misread on the app and tried to pay with the code. Nevertheless the girl at the first window was really sweet. I pulled up because my app notified me that the code worked.. well so I thought. When I pulled up the lady at the second window attempted to hand me my mcchicken. I noticed that the payment hadn’t went through and let her know. I apologized and handed her my card. She said nothing the entire time and looked annoyed. With the window wide open she proceeds to tell a guy with locs that I didn’t pay at then window and he says “when they do that make them circle back around.” It was an honest mistake because I thought the payment went through. I feel like it was extremely rude to even have the conversation about ME with the window wide open. I could’ve easily taken the food and drive off when she first handed it out the window but I was honest and was treated poorly for it.
The food is great however, the people in the drive thru have a very nasty attitude and rude !!!!
Everyone who works through the drive through and inside is always so nice. Food is always made fresh.
I'm going to keep this one simple. For me to have placed my order through the app AHEAD of time to only be left sitting at the third window for 25 minutes while watching 11 others AFTER me get their orders is pretty insane. The lack of communication left me in disbelief. For 5 different workers to ask me what my order was with one of the five asking what I was doing there is probably the most troublesome. I used to advocate for such places of employment to raise pay rates but experiences like these consistently show I was batting for the wrong team.
Ordered online got 20 chicken nuggets and fries they didn’t include any of my sauces I even paid extra to make sure I got them, smh knew I should have gone to chick fil a this is what I get for being lazy
Old french fries, dried out buns ,bland fish sandwich. Disappointed. Skip the cinnamon roll. Cardboard covered in sugar.
