The food was good and nice and hot.

I give them a 5 for service because of Shaunda. I ordered online 15-20 minutes before I got there. I sat in the curbside waiting for at least 10 minutes and had to go inside to check on my order. Shaunda greeted me with a smile and was helpful even though she seen my frustration. Bottom line I was assured my food would be hot and it wasn’t. But Shaunda’s customer service made me not care about having to put my fries in the air fryer and my burger in the microwave. Keep more people like her around!

Got a half of a slice of cheese on my mcdouble...guess the ice cream machine was broken.

Literally the worst Mcdonalds ever

Used to be the best one in town and yet the last three times I have been there they either messed up my order or forgot half of it. If 8th Street isn't to far out of your way just go there

Need real food

Came through curbside pickup at 4:31 and got my 2 drinks I had ordered at 4:55!!! Terrible management and service at this time, had to go into restaurant and still couldn't be helped as line was so long and only 1 woman taking orders......then drove through drive through which had only 2 cars....to finally get my 2 drinks after 20 mins waiting as I couldn't cancel the order on my app. Maybe need more workers on a Friday early evening!!!!

Typical new mcdonalds where they don't say "order when ready" until after you sit there awkwardly in silence for a few minutes. Then today they gave my food to the person in front of me he looked through it and gave it back and then they just gave me the opened and torn thru bag.

Fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They have three drive thru windows and pull ahead so they are super quick. Even when it’s busy the line goes so fast.

Me and my roommate came through the drive through where ask to hold while they took two people who pulled up in the other lane after us then they ignored us. We went inside where they messed up a 6 piece nugget like can u not count. The bread was hard as in stale and the fry’s were cold. The manager refused to do anything. They never get our orders right and we come here 1 every couple weeks.

Would you believe their ice cream machine was down? Service was slow. Had to use the kiosk to order because no one was at the registers so our order was off from what we normally order. Then it was 15 min before food came out. Fries looked like we got the ends and pieces.
