Great McDonald's, great location! One of the nicest McDonald's in all of Illinois if not the U.S. I only rated food low, not because of quality or any issues, but I can no longer eat their burgers and remembered why after I did. Otherwise, a great spot for all ages, with lots of indoor seating, and very clean and well stocked.
This used to be the best McDonalds in the area, now it’s the worst. The night crew doesn’t care about your order or helping you. The food is always sloppy, cold, and often the wrong item. The staff is rude and patronizing when told they did something wrong, which is everything. The lobby is always dirty I have to search and hope for a clean table or ask someone to clean one. They close the lobby early and open late in the morning consistently I never know if I will be able to eat inside, despite them having set hours. They never help when there is an app issue, and at every other location the employees try to help at least, but here they just say “no”. The crew is always laughing and joking around instead of doing their jobs and it’s just infuriating that they get paid to take care of us customers, yet they do no such thing. I recommend that nobody goes here for any reason and the staff should mostly if not all be completely replaced. Extremely disappointing and it’s every single time I go there now. ZERO STARS.

Terrible. How hard is it to take an order, especially an order that was repeated at the drivethrough, then repeated at the pay window, then repeated at the pickup window? Ordered big mac with NO ONIONS because im allergic to raw onions. Drivethrough had no pickles and I said no onions. Then at pay window she says big mac meal no pickles, I said no its no onions she radios back no onions. I get to pickup window and the guy hands me bag and i say no onions right, he says yes no onions. I pull off in parking lot and bam onions all over big mac. And these type of workers want more than minimum wage. GTFO. You cant even get a simple order correct. McDonalds here's an idea - start hiring competent people.
I arrived just before noon, and both drive-thru lanes were full, so I thought my entire order was going to be nice and hot. I thought wrong because my quarter pounder was warm at best, and the fries were the same. Are we all just settling for subpar food now? I rarely eat at McDonald's, but when I do, especially around lunchtime, when they're at their busiest, I'm expecting a hot, fresh, tasty burger and fries. Is that too much to ask for? How disappointing
