I'm wondering, DOES THE MANAGEMENT STAFF OR THE OWNER READ THESE REVIEWS ??? If so, the staff sure isn't getting the feedback from the issues that bother the customers. Every single time we're in this McDonald's, that damn French fries deep fryer is CONSTANTLY BEEPING AND SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS WALK BY IT WITHOUT TURNING THE DAMN THING OFF FREIIIIIIIOM BEEPING. THIS IS A SERIOUS DISTRACTION WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO HOLD A CONVERSATION WITH THE PEOPLE YOU CAME THERE WITH. SO, TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER, TELL YOUR STAFF TO BE MORE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE SINCE ITS DRIVING US FROM EVER COMING BACK.
I'm a bit bothered by the " dine in service" The drive thru is without question catered to far above the dine in customers. I've watched several people walk away from the counter with a very discuscusted look on their face, because, they stood there for roughly 5-7 minutes, and not one employee acknowledged their presence. My girlfriend's family has 11 McDonald's franchises, and each one has a designated cashier for the drive thru and also the dining room customers. To me, it's simple, if there's no customers for the dining room to be attended to, then that cashier helps with the drive thru, and vice versa with the drive thru cashier. Also, there is an indicator that allows you to know when the fries are done cooking. I've watched several employees stand right beside the deep fryer, and they didn't take the necessary 5 seconds it takes to lift the fries from the deep fryer and turn the indicator sound off. I mean really, HOW HARD IS IT TO LIFT THE FRIES BASKET FROM THE GREASE AND TURN THAT INDICATOR SOUND OFF ????? The ONLY ONE I SEE THAT DOES THINGS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT IS THE MANAGER, CARLOS. HES A GREAT MANAGER, AND HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP EVERY CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY TO HAVE THAT MAN LEADING YOUR TEAM OF EMPLOYEES, HE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE. One more major thing that needs to be addressed, The little Spanish lady that cleans the dining room and frequently cleans the bathrooms, needs to learn how to speak English. She has walked in the men's room, twice on me, while I was in the middle of using the restroom, and half dressed, then goes back out in the dining room and laughs about the fact that I was half dressed, You folks had better do something VERY FAST ABOUT HER ATTITUDE, WHEN SOMEONE IS USING THE RESTROOM. ITS NOT VERY FUNNY AT ALL, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT TO MENTION, IT MAKES YOUR RESTAURANT LOOK BAD.
