I always regret eating there after the fact

When we were there the employees were all standing around talking (totally fine — just pointing out it wasn’t busy). The food was VERY cold and they forgot our 10 piece nuggets. The fries and sauce for that meal were there, but not the nuggets. I tried to call, but both times the line dropped/hung up when put through. My burger was so cold, and all the toppings were old (brown lettuce, mushy tomato). What a waste of $30.00. I never leave reviews… but this made me so annoyed. Done going to this McDonald’s.
