Terrible experiences here. This is the closest McDonald to me and I order online. I’ve received my order to find that my fries were not even filled half way. This has happened twice in a row. Terrible customer service.

Told us it was gonna be wait which was fine but they parked us and messed up our order when we pulled up to the window they gave us attitude even though you guys got the order wrong so why are you mad at us? Lol Do your jobs better or quit if y’all don’t wanna work there

I have ordered from here before and it used to be amazing late at night, some nice ladies used to work but now it’s only teenage boys and they always seem to mess up the order. I ordered a pineapple smoothie and the cup wasn’t even filled to the top it was 75% there which is unacceptable and this has happened a few other times but with fountain drink, talk to your employees to fill it up all the way since it’s what we’re paying for!!!

I ordered an iced latte, like I do every morning. This time I wanted no ice because I did not want it to water down since I was saving it for later…… for that amount and Price I should have gone to starbucks 😬😬😬

PESIMO SERVICIO las señoras muy enojadas en 3 happy meals se tardaron 20 minutos y no habian personas esperando tambien me salieron los nuggets quemados.

Went to this particular location today. Normally, I don't have a problem with services. Normally 4 stars today. However, I placed my app order then placed a secondary order only to discover my 2nd order is not as it should be once it's received. I get out of my vehicle go inside the facility and asked why my order is not as requested the response I received was because it's free.???? Excuse me? your app clearly indicates a free large order of fries. But you're telling me because it's free. I don't get what's shown on the app. Okay, thank you! Wow, that's new information. Is anyone else paying attention to what they receive in their order?Please be aware of this new bait and switch. Pay attention it's getting bad everywhere...... and this used to be my preferred location....😮‍💨
