The manager is a horrible manager, treats employees badly. I won't be ever returning to this McDonald's ever as long as she is employed there.
I went through the drive-through tonight around 5:30pm. I got a happy meal and realized the fries were missing. I spoke to a gentleman at the window, possibly the supervisor on shift. Although I overreacted, he acted completely professional. I just wanted to acknowledge his professionalism and thank him for the way he handled the situation. Also, it is safe to say the food was very tasy my son devoured the fries/nuggets like usual. Thank you.
Food was not hot. Person at drive thru had an attitude. But hey, it is McDonald's after all, what else do you expect ♂️
After seeing us…. They ignored us. The kiosk was set up, but I was un familiar with it, and needing to pay with cash. Most employees do not understand English, and I sleek no other languages. Attitude is a big problem. I can’t believe how they treat the customer. Sorry guys… won’t be back.
Order through the app once I get there, my food is cold. The fries wouldn’t even fool, and they refused to fix my order.
Closed early. Didn't know the difference between Coke and Diet Coke
