Food cold and old. I waited a long time for it. Can't do this again
LMAO.... just went through the drive through... got the food. got 2 napkins... like 1 for me, 1 for my lady. so, because I check to see if my order right before I leave, I get out and ask for a couple more napkins. this dude actually laid out the napkins and counted them before giving me a couple more. really... bring your paper towels if you coming to this place. that was funny....
I'm surprised this location is still open. Always empty, yet they take 15+ minutes just to take your order
It was good although there was aam who looked homeless outside I offered him some money and turns out he's not homeless 🤷♀️

Every time I have gone to this popeyes, the wait time is always extremely long. They don't even say thank you. And they always mess up the order. I have lived right around the corner for years. Therefore, I would still try to give the benefit of the doubt now and then. ....but they still mess it up. Now I will drive further to avoid them. They are rude lazy

Worst Popeyes in Texas, probably worst restaurant too. I ordered 2 2 piece combos from them and the uber driver brought me nothing but a few peices of tenders, no drinks, no fries, no chicken, not even a biscuit.
Horrible service, came to pick up chicken at 10:38pm and they told me they ran out of chicken!! Your did not run out of chicken!! Be honest don’t be lazy to make more chicken. It takes 17-20 minutes to fry chicken. Lazy employees and standing around til they close.
If I was the owner of this location I would be mortified by the manager in charge. I rolled by at 9:45pm, an hour and 15 minutes before the posted close time, ordered a number 1, and they told me they didn’t have any left. I asked why they didn’t have any left, and he said, “We’re closing soon so we’re not cooking anymore.” So the reason I couldn’t get my food is because he is too LAZY to cook food they have IN STOCK. Unbelievable. If you are open, you serve the items on your menu. This kind of lazy mentality is the problem with customer service in this generation. If I can’t depend on a location to serve the food on their menu, I definitely won’t be supporting that spot with my business. Consumers need to stop putting up with this kind of service and drive lazy businesses out of business to be replaced with businesses that actually take themselves seriously and hold themselves to a high standard. This is America. I’m embarrassed for any foreigners to be visiting my country and find anything but the best service here. Do better.
