I went to this McDonald's and ordered two breakfast burritos, the first one was not fully rolled so the toppings were falling out but wasn't that big of a deal. The second burrito was not fully wrapped either but it was still somewhat cold. I realized this once I made it to my destination, I drove and interacted with the manager, a woman who kept calling me babe, who seemed confused when I told her the burrito was still cold and asked if I wanted a different one as if I wanted to keep the cold burrito I drove back to the store to complain about? I asked if she could fill up my orange juice I ordered and she said we don't do that. I mentioned having to come back because of a cold item that was supposed to have been served hot but she did not care, I noticed upon arriving to my vehicle she just put the burrito I handed her in the microwave instead of making a brand new one, causing the burrito to get hard at the ends and cheese got crusty. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in some time and will not be supporting this location or company unless there is a resolution.
My bacon quarter pounder with no pickles had no bacon and lots of pickles. The order was correct on the receipt only. The best thing about McDonalds is the fries, and 100 yards down the road I reached in for the soggiest under-cooked fries I have ever had at McDonalds. They weren’t soggy-when-you-get-home fries; they were pulled-out-of-the-fryer-before-the-timer-buzzes-soggy fries.
McDonald’s is McDonalds! Food is similar wherever you go with McDonalds.
I love there quality and food.
Employees were friendly and helpfull. Food was hot. And the hamburgers were put together neatly. A lot of fast food restaurants just slop the food out at you.
