Do not go to McDonalds off 380 & Lake Forest. They never get your order correct and food is cold. Waste of time and money.

I had problems with using the App to order food so I went inside. The Night Manager waited on me. His name was David. He was very nice and introduced himself ( gained points there) but was unable to help me because he did not know how to cancel my order. That is not acceptable McDonald's. The food was fine. The App just would not let me delete part of the order so I got 4 times what I wanted. I will be calling the District Manager about this. This is a good restaurant. The App.....not so much.
