Great people and Very fast service. In the process they added sweet tea to my order and forgot to give the sauce

If you ever run into an issue out of this location, it will never be resolved. I was overcharged three times the amount I should have been, which was over a month ago and still hasn't been resolved. The McDonald's customer service line is the absolute worst, not helpful, rude, and refuse to appropriately escalate issues. It's also interested they all have different answers but sound scripted. The corporate complaint line has told me the franchise owner will not respond to issues they are trying to get resolved, but they won't respond. Avoid this location and all McDonald's if you can, not worth the headache. This company has continued to go downhill and only care about money - complete disregard for customers. Interesting fact: the "supervisors" with their customer service group is the "highest" customer service representative you can speak with. I've had a complaint in for over a month, spent 15+ hours trying to get it resolved and not a single person (franchise, region office, corporate office) has followed up or attempted to resolve.

It's called McDonald's, people. You know EXACTLY what You're going to get. Franchise location by franchise location means sometimes the service is slow. ...but that's not the point with this American icon and fast food innovator.

Got completely unsalted fries usually a great location tho but we were all pretty sad.
