Went through the drive through, had difficulty communicating with the employee who didn't understand or speak English very well, by the time I got my food it was cold, the atmosphere was in inside of my truck

This McDonald's is very clean and has a very friendly staff , also they have a new play place which is awesome for the little kids the only problem that I have is there is not enough seating space in the play place for adults and the tables that are in there are very tiny but I will definitely bring my grandson back here , he loved it!!

Good location

We've been to this McDonald's 3 times since the remodeling and each time our order has been wrong or missing food. The big mac was also so drenched in sauce it was impossible to eat. On our most recent visit we ate indoors. The tables were dirty and seating in the new play area is extremely limited. Most of the tables are too small to sit with more than 1-2 people and if you have a child in a high chair forget about it.

Quick service at the drive-thru on a wkend afternoon. Delicious vanilla shake, & Quarter Pounder with Cheese, & fries were fresh & hot. Classic McDonald's, just what I wanted!

Stopped for dinner on the way to a friend's house in Burlington WI. Ordered on the app(like they wanted us to)in the restaurant and waited. Apparently, their computer system was down that night so we had to verbally repeat our order and wait another 10 minutes or so for a lackluster in-house Mickey D's meal.

Overall, I’m happy with this location now and Im very happy they’re open again, not just for me, but for the owner and the employees. The employees are wonderful. They actually seem to care now. That is the best change I’ve noticed, since the remodel. Food was good. I wish they warmed the syrup or softened the butter like Lake Villa location does for dine in but the food tasted good. I miss the soda machine being in the lobby. With everything being automated, you can’t get extra ice. I’m not sure what to think yet about the remodel. The set up is odd. I absolutely hate the parking situation although it is an improvement over the last parking lot here. I would suggest avoiding dine in until the remodel is complete, even though the dining room is open now. (electrical cords, construction noise, atrocious parking, best to stay out of the workers way since they can’t stay out of ours)
