McDonald's

Ordered my food and was shorted 10pc nugget tried to call and no answer. I'm from out of state and couldn't return. The night shift that night needs retraining!! Or accountability!!

The ice cream machine is always broken. I don't think management cares about not being able to serve ice cream. They should remove it from the menu or do something about it.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time because it’s by the house and no matter how many times or who works here they can never get to your correct. They hear what they wanna hear and they give you what they want to give you and then, when you try to explain, if the orders wrong they get a semi attitude. The manager that works here doesn’t even know how to run the register problem. McDonald’s needs to work on customer service. They’re just is none anymore. I recommend if you’re driving by this McDonald’s pass it up and go to the next one down the road because it just is not worth it anymore , this will be my last visit.

You would think that the 15 mins between when I ordered and paid, they would be able to make the correct food that I paid way too much for but every time I come here, the order is wrong. The last straw when when I got half the food I paid for and my wife was missing ALL of the food she ordered. Never coming here again.

The food is terrible
