Check your drinks... I've found hair on more than just a few occasions. Today my coffee had a long black hair in it. 2 weeks ago, my tea had the same. So check your drinks and food.

Great breakfast when you're on the go.

Order cappuccino and coffee, but they mess up the coffee and cappuccino, and when they serve through Window cappuccino was leaking allover cup, laughable

Every time I go to this location it doesn’t matter if there’s a ton of people or if it’s completely empty, they take so long to give you your food and even then half the time the order isn’t correct. You can tell that place is ran by high schoolers and an unprepared manager. They need help bad.

A delicious food breakfast in reasonable price what are you feeling soda and wild kids PlayStation a very busy McDonald's in the flower mound area. I love to hear and I always like to go for breakfast sometimes lunch is such a nice place and very perfect location for me

This location is definitely the worst I have ever been to. The service has consistently gone down. Between items just missing or being completely wrong I genuinely can't remember the last time when they got my order correct. There are consistently messing up orders here. On more than one occasion I have gone here to order food and noticed it was incorrect, gone to them to correct the order only for it to still be incorrect. They mess up so much it's almost comical at this point. It has to be intentional to be this bad this often. I will go out of the way to avoid coming to this location from now on. Just save your time, money and your energy go to another McDonald's. You'll be thankful you did.

Awful customer service

Quit going to this location for quite awhile due to the rude management but everyone there now is pleasant and professional! Always a clean location

Yall got my whole order wrong im lactose free and cant have sugar and yall had cream and sugar in my black coffee. And every sunday that i go there is a black male employee in drive thur window who has zero manners he will literally say nothing to you he takes your card and even if you say thank you he wont say anything. Fix yalls employees it was def his fault today too.

Get it together! Didn't get all of our order in the Drive Through, they put onions on a burger that specifically doesn't have onions, and their ice cream machine is always broken!

Terrible experience, cold fries forgot a cheeseburger, waited 10 minutes longer with no apologies, $45 for McDonald's, I would think a better service is not asking much..
