McDonald's Elko Highway

Maybe I'm biased because I'm sitting in a mcdonalds in Japan eating actual good chicken nuggets right now, but American mcdonalds food has gone so downhill. Half empty low quality nuggets, sad looking burgers, the American dream. Fries are good tho

I am so sad. I loved this place an now it seems to have gone down hill. We pulled up to order. They said be there in a minute 3 minute later another car pulls up beside. We hear will be there in a minute. Minutes go by then they wait on them not us. They do this all the time you sit an wait. People are just not friendly either. They run out of drinks too so sad here

Food was great, no problems. Although I did notice that the double cheeseburgers are now half the size..

Play place was really fun for the kids pretty clean food fresh and hot

I went through the drive thru so I can't speak for the atmosphere. But my time in line was quick, and the fries were hot and salty just how I like them, and the sweet tea was great.

In the evening if you go inside the restaurant, the customer service lacks. They take their time (busy or not on the inside) they definitely care about drive thru more and inside customers are taken care of once their drive thru slows clears. Even then don't expect friendly patient workers. They take your order in a rush and look irritated. They messed up my drive thru orders very often. I've ordered plain hamburgers..and yes I say hamburger and it says it on the screen, and have received cheeseburgers with onions and ketchup, numerous times. I am not a rude customer, I'm writing a review hoping the issues get fixed because it sucks to have to get your food and trust them and get home and your kid crying because they can't eat cheese and having to go back and have them fix it. Or having to check my food now eveytime I order. Do your cooks know how to read? It's frustrating. Vegetarian options: You can ask for no meat, they have salads, oatmeal, apples. Parking: The parking in front is busy, but on the other side of the store there's more parking. Kid-friendliness: This location on Mtn. City Hwy still has an indoor play place. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes wheel chair accessible.
