McDonald's

Sadly, I have to change my review. This location is closest to my house, but I've been 3 times where the drive-through has been really slow. Twice, I've ordered but ended up driving off, along with other customers. No acknowledgment from the staff, and they would pass by the window and nothing. The food has been good. Update: It seems they've got a good team and well trained associates now. Last 5 or 6 times everything has been great!!!

Need to get more staff. The doors were closed at 7pm. Only option is long drive thru or long curbside. >15min after checking in before food brought to car. Young lady was nice and said they didn't have enough staff

***UPDATED 01.23.24**** Well, it seems that they had a change in staff. Things are definitely headed in the right direction now. The raw burger thing happened to me again a couple months back, so that must be a training issue or something, but they're doing better at including the things you order in the bag, for the most part. Let's keep this good work going! ***PREVIOUS REVIEW*** This is the absolute worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. And we’re talking consistently bad. The ONLY reason we even come to this location is because it’s the only place to grab fast breakfast in this area via drive thru, aside from Starbucks and Braum’s, and I’m not a fan of Braum’s breakfasts personally. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes of the staff. They forget things half the time. They cut you off and end your ordering process while you’re mid-sentence. I’ve gotten a burger here now 2-3 times that’s been partially raw. I’ve never had that happen at any other McDonald’s, ever. This place is terrible. They only get one star because I have to choose that as the minimum. Awful! Kid-friendliness: Obviously McDonald's is kid-friendly. They have kid-sized meals (Happy Meals) with toys. There is no playground at this McDonald's, but kids are definitely welcome.

Avoid at all costs, my quarter pounder hamburger was raw in the middle edge to edge, you have to really work to undercooka quarter pound patty that badly. They are going to make someone sick, don't let that someone be you.
